45 years ago, Steve Bristol walked into his father's workshop and fell in love — with the smell and feel of working with wood, and the unique look and qualities of each individual piece.

What started as a hobby has grown into Stone Wall Woodworks, a one-of-a-kind shop in Little Compton, Rhode Island where every piece is made by hand from beautiful, hand-selected hardwoods.

Steve's wife Elaine has been his greatest supporter for 45 years. Each piece he makes starts with a single desire: to create something truly special for someone you love.
